The Office of the Chief Commissioner ICT is hiring for various roles. Below is the list of job positions, their quotas, required qualifications, and age limits:

1. Assistant (BPS-15)

   • Quota: ICT=1, Punjab=1
   • Posts: 02
   • Age Limit: 28
   • Qualification: Graduate

2. Steno typist (BPS-14)

   • Quota: ICT=2, Punjab=1
   • Posts: 03
   • Age Limit: 25
   • Qualifications:
     • Intermediate
     • Minimum speed of 80/40 words per minute in shorthand/typing
     • Computer literacy preferred

3. UDC (BPS-11)

   • Quota: ICT=2, Punjab=1, Sindh (R)=1
   • Posts: 04
   • Age Limit: 25
   • Qualification: Intermediate

4. LDC (BPS-11)

   • Quota: ICT=1
   • Posts: 01
   • Age Limit: 25
   • Qualification: Matric with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute

5. Dispatch Rider (BPS-4)

   • Quota: Local
   • Posts: 01
   • Age Limit: 30
   • Qualifications:
     • Valid driving license
     • Knowledge of traffic rules
     • Primary pass

6. Driver (BPS-4)

   • Quota: Local
   • Posts: 01
   • Age Limit: 30
   • Qualifications:
     • Valid driving license
     • Knowledge of traffic rules
     • Primary pass

Terms and Conditions

• Age relaxation will be granted as per Government Policy, with a standard 5-year upper age relaxation applicable for all candidates.
• Candidates currently working in Government departments must apply through proper channels.
• Select positions require mandatory IT training courses conducted by the National Information Technology Board (NITB).
• Age, qualification, and experience will be counted as of the closing date of the advertisement.
• The department reserves the right to modify the number of positions available.
• Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication; late submissions will not be considered.
• No TA/DA will be provided for written tests or interviews.
• Incomplete applications or those with false information will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
