Post	Qualification/Experience/Responsibility
Assistant Manager/ SAM Mechanical	BE Mechanical with 3-5 Years / DAE Mechanical with 5-7 years of experience in fabrication & erection of cement plant equipment at multiple workshops.
Draftsman Mechanical	DAE Mechanical/ Draftsman + AutoCAD 2D/3D, 4-6 Years of experience in Cement Industry. Record keeping, drawing issuance/control, drawings development.
Construction Engineer	BSc Civil Engineer, minimum 5-8 years of experience in cement/construction industry. Site supervision, quality control, inspection, & specifications of site projects.
Construction Supervisor	DAE Civil with minimum 8-10 years of experience in the cement industry, supervising quality control and management, site supervision.
Quantity Surveyor	DAE Civil/Quantity Surveyor diploma with minimum 8-10 years of experience in cement/construction industry.
Batch Plant Operator	Matric/DAE Civil, 10-15 Years of experience in batch plant operation & maintenance.
