Application Requirements: Medical Certificate
Candidates are required to submit a medical certificate specifying their physical measurements. This certificate should be issued and signed by a Medical Superintendent of a District Headquarters Hospital, a Service Hospital in Lahore, or the Police Line Hospital in Lahore. It should include:
