Job Opportunity: HR Officers – Skardu and Hunza Offices
The Friends Education & Medical Trust (FEMT) is seeking dedicated and skilled HR Officers to join our team in Skardu and Gilgit. If you are passionate about HR and thrive in dynamic environments, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support performance management and employee relations activities.
Facilitate communication between staff and management.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA). Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant HR degree.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of HR policies and operations.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Location: Positions available at our Skardu and Hunza offices.
